Blabu helps you practice speaking a language with an AI conversation companion. Blabu is a learning tool. Its replies are generated by AI and can occasionally be inaccurate, so do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the AI conversation features, or use Kids mode with a parent or guardian.

Blabu Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID. It includes a fixed amount of conversation minutes per billing period, unused minutes do not roll over.

New subscribers may get a free trial. Payment is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.

Do not use Blabu to create unlawful, hateful, sexual or harmful content, to harass others, to reverse engineer the app or to overload our systems. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

The app, the Blabu name, the mascot and our content belong to us. You keep the rights to what you say. You give us the permission we need to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Blabu is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
