Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Blabu account and its data at any time.

Delete in the app

  1. 1Open Blabu and go to Settings.
  2. 2Tap Account, then Delete account.
  3. 3Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Or ask us by email

If you no longer have the app, email support@blabu.app from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, email address and account identifier
  • Learning progress, saved words and conversation history
  • Push notification tokens and analytics identifiers linked to you

Good to know

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it in iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Apple keeps purchase records as required by law.
